Karen Kjaergaard holds a Master in Architecture (AAA) and a Master in Curating (AU). After more than twenty year´s as independant Curator working at an international level, she since 2012 holds a position as Associate Professor, Curator and Head of Exhibitions at the Aarhus School of Architecture. She works in an interdisciplinary and conceptual field between Art and Architecture. She is behind numerous exhibitions in Denmark and abroad, and now holds a position as Curator and Head of Programme at the international, annual Architecture festival, OPEN.
